  • We’ve concluded the final phase of our REFINE transformation journey, and we’ve seen remarkable progress achieved through innovation.
  • We’re beginning a new stage in our ALFA transformation, dedicated to refining production processes and establishing higher efficiency standards.
  • Our new CMMS– UR Software system revolutionises how we manage inspections and repairs, with its seamless integration.
  • We’ve started construction of an office complex and workshop, to meet the needs of our INDEMO team and to promote innovation and modernisation.
  • We’re moving forward with the implementation of the PROMES system in our sewing department, improving efficiency and setting new standards for excellence.
  • We’re proud to announce the recycling of 1.25 million products across the Netherlands and Great Britain, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Our Business Development Plan until 2030 was launched, guiding our path towards growth and success driven by innovation.

The year in brief – Mexico

  • Throughout 2023, we successfully implemented 6 new sofa models and introduced 103 innovative mattresses to our lineup, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Through a new initiative, we have started the sale of essential components, such as foam and polyester wadding, enhancing our offerings and providing comprehensive solutions to our customers’ needs.
  • In collaboration with the INDEMO team, we have installed two cutting-edge machines to bolster our production capacity, ensuring we are well-prepared to meet the growing demands of the future market.
  • Prioritising the well-being of our workforce, we have implemented physiotherapy sessions aimed at preventing injuries to our colleagues’ hands, waist, and back, fostering a safe and supportive work environment.
  • Our proactive health campaigns in 2023 have yielded significant outcomes, as we were able to identify and provide support to two colleagues in the early stages of cancer. As they undergo treatment, our thoughts and support remain with them, emphasising our commitment to the welfare of our team members.
