The year in brief

  • Rapid product development. Our team accelerated innovation in Advanced Analytics through APE 2.0 – moving beyond standard tools like market mapping and customer profiling into pricing strategy, product and range optimisation, and expansion planning. This led to new client wins for us – such as BrandAlley (the UK’s leading luxury brand e-tailer) and IKEA UK.
  • Supporting external businesses. Our geospatial intelligence pinpointed millions in untapped customer value and spend potential for new client, BrandAlley. We also built a recommendation engine to support their unique brand / category proposition – surfacing the precise brands and categories to market to consumer segments, enabling BrandAlley to only offer the right products to the right people.
  • Enabling better business through sustainability. In 2025, our ESG offering expanded to combine advisory support with flexible platforms, helping businesses improve sustainability performance. This included the introduction of an AI-powered platform that can automate the entire process of carbon measurement, transform supplier engagement, and simplify reporting.
  • Charity 2025. Our partnership with London-based charity, ‘City Harvest’, allowed us to contribute to tackling two major social problems – food waste and food poverty. Our donation, and volunteering efforts, meant 39 tonnes of food was provided and 92,000 meals were delivered to those in need.
