When Roosevelt bought a house, the commute to work became long and demanding. The decision to leave Ikano Bostad therefore felt natural. He tried working at other companies, but after a while, he realised that something was missing.

“I’ve worked for other employers and know what it’s like, but I feel that Ikano Bostad cares more about its employees than most companies do. Here, you feel secure and truly seen.”

When Roosevelt got the opportunity to return, he didn’t hesitate for long. He describes the feeling of walking back into the office as coming home. His colleagues and managers made the transition back easy.

– I’ve always enjoyed working here. I have great colleagues I can joke around with, and I feel confident that my managers support me. That means a lot.

Today, Roosevelt works as a property manager, a role he appreciates for its variety. One day he works as a plumber, the next he’s mowing the lawn, and he meets people from all kinds of backgrounds.
