Ikano Retail is one of 13 IKEA franchisees. Through our omnichannel business, we create a better everyday life in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Mexico and the Philippines, offering well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible are able to afford them. Our Ikano Centres, anchored by IKEA, are retail destinations at the heart of our communities. We also invest in real estate to develop places for people to live, work and play. We are the only franchisee owned by the family of Ingvar Kamprad, who founded IKEA in 1943.

The year in brief
- We created great experiences with 38.7 million visitors who came to our stores and met millions more in our online shops.
- Generated EUR 193 million in digital sales across our markets.
- Increased the share of ecommerce sales by 4.2% year on year, with customers checking out 954,980 shopping baskets in five countries.
- Sold 18.6 million home furnishing pieces in the Philippines, more than earning a winning spot in a global internal competition for “IKEA Store of the Year”.
- Launched 1 Home Design Service in Singapore, giving customers interior design support for affordable makeovers without large project management fees.
- Welcomed 574,000 new members to our growing IKEA Family loyalty programme.
- Sold 51,368 BILLY bookcases, finding their place in customers’ homes and offices.
- Welcomed a record 101.7 million visits to our five Ikano Centres, turning them into retail destinations with IKEA at the heart of them.
- Hosted 3,000 events and activations across our Ikano Centres.
- Opened 8 IKEA pop‑up stores and 1 new fulfilment unit in Malaysia, bringing IKEA closer to local communities.
- Enabled access to 1,500 IKEA products for customers in East Malaysia at the same affordable prices as the mainland.
- Opened 1 IKEA Order Point in Chiang Mai, a 708 m², two‑level store serving 460,000 households in Northern Thailand.
- Offered instant takeaway for 300+ IKEA products at the Chiang Mai Order Point, alongside planning services for BESTÅ, METOD and PAX.
- Supported 298 people through paid work, internships and skills‑building programmes.
- Improved everyday life for another 894 people through home refurbishments, learning spaces and community initiatives.
