Karen Pflug, CEO of Ikano Insight (pictured on the left), has accepted a new assignment as Ingka Group’s Chief Sustainability Officer, as of 1st August 2021, and will therefore leave her position at the end of July.

At the same time, we are pleased to communicate that Teresa Booth (pictured on the right), currently Director of Client Services and Expansion at Ikano Insight, will assume the role of acting CEO at Ikano Insight as of 1st of August, 2021.

Karen says, “I have thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone at Ikano Insight over the last 2 years, I’ve learnt a lot about the power of data and met many incredible people across Ikano. It’s therefore with mixed emotions that I step into my new assignment at Ingka Group. Everyone at Ikano Insight should be very proud of what we have achieved together. I know that the business will continue to go from strength to strength in the hands of our senior management team led by Teresa.

Teresa joined Ikano in 2005, holding a number of strategic management positions at Ikano Bank and Ikano Insight before taking on her current role as Director of Client Services and Expansion.
