Quant Marketing is now Ikano Insight
Ikano Group acquired Quant Marketing in February 2018, with the aim to build on the strong foundation of advanced data analytics and customer relationship management for IKEA markets. Quant has been instrumental in creating the world’s largest loyalty programme (IKEA Family) together with Ikano Group. They also provide analytics and strategic marketing support to clients around the world.
We will take the next steps to integrate Ikano Insight into the Ikano Group, emphasising our long-term commitment to the importance of understanding data. Karen Pflug, CEO of Ikano Insight shares: “We are ready to move ahead with changing our name to Ikano Insight. Our new name stays true to our values around simplicity and being clear on what we deliver to our partners. We will continue to strengthen our processes, technology and people to ensure we remain best in class in advanced analytics for our partners. Going forward, we are excited to create a connected and insightful future together with our colleagues in the Ikano Group.”
“We truly believe that Ikano Insight’s expertise will continue to drive customer value for IKEA partners helping us reach and inspire more of the many and have a greater understanding of how we can create opportunities for better living. We encourage everyone to keep an eye on insight.ikano to stay up-to-date with this journey,” concludes Lars Thorsén, CEO of Ikano Group.
