The year in brief

  • Advanced analytics uncovered insights into the new IKEA Financial Services relationship for Ikano Bank, helping to identify the most rewarding credit card that will connect more of the many people to the IKEA brand​.​
  • We supported the launch of Mexico’s first IKEA store at Oceania with market research and loyalty dashboards to optimise the IKEA Family proposition and localise the membership benefits. ​
  • We developed an innovative human resources analytics tool for Ikano Industry, enabling value-based recruitment for their new site in Mexico.​
  • Location Optimiser, a consumer geo-location analytics tool, supported IKEA Singapore at the launch of their concept store in Jurong, providing a deeper understanding of customer demographics and visitation trends. Also used by Ingka Centres in San Francisco to predict annual visitors to their new centre and IKEA store.​
  • We helped IKEA Philippines maximise Family member recruitment with pre-launch market research, and data visualisation dashboards. They recruited over 180,000 members in just 2 weeks!​
  • For all Ikano Group businesses, we began development and deployment of sustainability dashboards that track and measure each business’ individual KPIs, consolidating data from over 67 different sources.​
  • The Data to Insights (D2i) project for Ikano Retail, an enterprise-wide data warehouse solution harnessed 1200 data integrations, to deliver a range of business intelligence dashboards, across business departments including IKEA Sales, IKEA Food and IKEA Fulfilment.
